Wayne has over 20 years of experience in the architecture/engineering/construction industry, including extensive experience in BIM coordination and facilitation. Wayne has served as the Design Manager on the Harvey Milk Terminal 1 project at San Francisco International Airport since 2015, interfacing with the client, design team, consultant and contracting team to reduce energy unit intensity (EUI) and to create a holistic system for meeting the project’s ambitious energy reduction goals while considering ROI, Life Cycle Assessments, and triple bottom line cost benefit analysis. With Wayne’s oversight, this LEED Platinum project has achieved a 67% reduction to baseline operations by integrating features applicable to the localized environment and the needs of the complex airport terminal’s operations.
