With more than 20 years of experience in the industry and a background in both field and project management, Michael brings a vast array of construction knowledge to his work at Pankow. His passion for environmental and volunteer work led to his interest in the construction of LEED-certified buildings and drives his attention in NZE- and WELL-certified buildings.

Michael assumes accountability for project results through accurate and timely estimating, cost control and forecasting. He maintains and fosters client relationships by clearly setting and communicating achievable expectations with the client and internal team members. Specific responsibilities include design consultation with architects and engineers, budget and firm cost estimating, subcontract administration and coordination of construction with field personnel. Additionally, Michael identifies team responsibilities and provides leadership toward successful project completion.
