Marta Schantz is the senior vice president for the Greenprint Center for Building Performance at the Urban Land Institute, a worldwide alliance of real estate owners, investors, and strategic partners committed to improving the environmental performance of the global real estate industry. Schantz leads Greenprint and its members as they strive to reduce greenhouse gas emissions 50 percent by 2030. Before her time at the Urban Land Institute, Schantz worked at Waypoint Energy providing energy efficiency consulting and program management services to utilities and real estate, and before that she worked as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton for finance projects ranging from commercial building efficiency to nuclear energy finance. Schantz is a LEED Green Associate and a Fitwel Ambassador.
