    Marlon Calderon has served as the manager for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power’s La Kretz Innovation Campus program in the Office of Sustainability and Economic Development since 2013. Mr. Calderon is an innovator thinker and practical problem solver and led cross-functional teams to achieve the first LEED Platinum and WELL Gold Certified facility for a utility in the natation. Mr. Calderon is a lecturer in construction and project management and for the past twenty years has worked for the City of Los Angeles, Caltrans, and private sector in design, construction, preservation, renovation, and resiliency development of over $600M in capital improvement projects. Mr. Calderon earned a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Cal State University, Los Angeles. He is a licensed Civil Engineer, Certified Project Manager, Envision Sustainability Professional, Certified SWPPP Developer and Practitioner, and a licensed General Building Contractor.
