Gautami Palanki serves as VP, Sustainability at The Howard Hughes Corporation, leading sustainability strategy and advancing the commitment to innovative placemaking, design excellence, and operational high performance.
For 15 years Gautami worked in both private and non-profit environments, where she led architectural design projects, technology deployment and global sustainability standards and technical programs. Passionate about community-based climate action, Gautami has keynoted talks on climate action and led workshops for audiences in more than 20 countries and is on the board of mission driven organizations. Gautami holds a B. Arch from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, and M.S. in Sustainable Design from Carnegie Mellon University. She is a Licensed Architect and LEED AP.
