André Villaseñor has served as an employee of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency since 2005, where he coordinates the agency’s Food Recovery Challenge and Sustainable Management of Food Program. He’s based in EPA’s Southern California Field Office in L.A. Prior to EPA, he served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Ecuador. He holds an M.S. in Environmental Science and an M.A. in International Relations.
