Wynord Thomas, Jr. brings experience working on higher education, K-12, retail, civic, mixed-use and other commercial projects. Wyn takes a direct approach to the issues of the present and future, focusing on sustainability, technology and science. He is a steadfast designer and an emerging team leader with strong management skills, earning him the trust and respect of clients, contractors and project teams. His recent work includes the new 62,428 SF, 4-story Charles Drew University Health Professions Education Building. This is the first school of medicine in South Central Los Angeles. Wyn also brings experience on The Pearl Innovation District — a center for medical education and research located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
