High Performance Buildings Lead, AECOM
Victoria leads AECOM’s High-Performance Buildings team in California, overseeing sustainability consulting, high-performance building design, net zero building design, and energy simulation. With over 15 years of experience in high-performance building design, she has worked on projects across North America and Europe. Victoria has led numerous Net Zero Energy projects and her portfolio includes many LEED Gold and LEED Platinum certified buildings. Currently, Victoria is leading the high-performance building design for Intuit Dome, home of the LA Clippers, which aims for LEED Platinum certification, carbon neutrality from day one, resilience to power cuts on game days, and full electrification. She served as the Project Manager for the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) Integrated Energy Resource Plan, focusing on decarbonizing several campuses for the largest community college system in the U.S. Other recent projects include managing the UC Riverside Decarbonization Study, the Department of General Services (DGS) Net Zero First Policy, and various decarbonization efforts for both new and existing buildings. Additionally, Victoria was the Zero Net Energy lead for California’s Department of Motor Vehicles' first Zero Net Energy designed field office, Suffolk County Community College’s Net Zero Renewable Energy Center, and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) Net Zero Advisory work.
