Trevor Zeller has 13 years of experience in mechanical engineering and HVAC consulting. He has been the project manager and lead mechanical engineer for various HVAC airside, hydronic and control system design projects for new buildings, major renovations, equipment upgrades, tenant improvements and central plant work. Trevor has extensive experience in a campus environment, including infrastructure work as well as building projects which include laboratories, hospitals, dormitories, classrooms, offices, and recreation centers, among others. He also has experience in mixed-use facilities, high-rise facilities, machine shops and subterranean parking garages. His role in the design-build arena has varied from engineer of record to developing scoping documents for the design-build contractor.
