Tom Abram, PE, LEED AP, CEM is a Principal and Director in Introba's Climate and Sustainability group, developing analytics-driven decarbonization strategies and plans for building portfolio owners. Tom is a co-author of the United States Department of Energy’s Framework for GHG Emissions Reduction Planning: Building Portfolios and the forthcoming Efficient and Resilient Central Plants: An Assessment Guide for Owners. Tom has experience managing university energy, decarbonization, and sustainability at San Diego State University and the University of Illinois (including the development of their climate action plans) and has taught environmental engineering courses at San Diego State University. Tom holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an M.S. in Sustainable Design and Construction from Stanford University.
