As Webcor’s Senior Sustainability Director, Sarah Rege (AIA, LEED AP, WELL AP, NCARB, TRUE Advisor, Fitwel Ambassador, and California-licensed architect) leads all sustainability-related initiatives throughout the company’s various California regions. Her 25-year career in the architecture/engineering/construction industry spans commercial office, civic/administration, high-rise multi-family residential, and early childhood education projects, several of which were delivered under the design-build and progressive design-build models. Sarah’s career in AEC integrates her two passions—art and building—and is fueled by her unique design perspectives and integrated sustainability strategies. A staunch champion of healthy buildings and their benefits to end-users, Sarah approaches building design through the lens of its relationship to its environment and community. She sees each building as a single community of pieces, people, and parts that work together in harmony to deliver a beautiful, fully functional structure that will serve its surrounding community for decades to come.
