Sandra is CEO and Founder of 10Power, a social impact enterprise working with frontline communities globally on renewable energy access projects with a workforce development and gender equity lens. Sandra has served as a board member at the Foundation for Climate Restoration, and as a partner at ResilientMarkets, applying regenerative design principles to realize the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Previously, she worked with AutoGrid (a Virtual Power Plant company acquired by Schneider Electric), scaling the company from prototype to a global brand. Sandra has guest lectured at Stanford University and California College of the Arts and taught at San Francisco State and Presidio Graduate School. She sees renewable energy as the key to providing clean water, gender empowerment and access to regenerative technology – a concept explored in her TEDx talk “Fourth World Nation Building” (watch: bit.ly/4thWorld).
