Ruju Rathod brings 18 years of experience leading the sustainability efforts of more than 90 buildings, delivering high-performance, human-centered design solutions. Her expertise spans science & technology, higher education, healthcare, corporate campuses and airports, where she integrates technical precision with a focus on occupant well-being and environmental health. As CO’s Director of Sustainability, Ruju provides strategic insights to shape firmwide goals, guiding clients through the complexities of sustainable design and supports the achievement of sustainable design and green building certifications. She holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Mumbai University.
