Rebecca is the Senior Director of Projects at Verdical Group, where she oversees a diverse portfolio of high-performance building projects and corporate sustainability initiatives. She leads stakeholder engagement by translating sustainability commitments into actionable operational projects, ensuring environmental and social goals are embedded in how organizations operate and grow. Rebecca manages client relationships throughout the full project lifecycle—from proposal development and project handoff through charrettes, design, construction, operations, and closeout. She prioritizes the delivery of high-quality, consistent work that meets client timelines, while equipping her team with the resources, guidance, and clear pathways needed for successful project execution. Rebecca joined Verdical Group from the general contracting industry, where she gained valuable experience as a project engineer, project manager, and estimator. In these roles, she developed strong expertise in managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating fieldwork, and fostering clear communication—all while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Loyola Marymount University, where she studied Natural Science and Civil Engineering. Rebecca enjoys connecting with the community through mentoring students and participating in AEC organizations such as USGBC, CREW, and AIA. In her free time, she enjoys visiting the National Parks, with a life goal to experience all 63 US National Parks.
