Minoo is Principal Planner for the City of Tustin, Cali., and has previously worked with the City Planning departments of Costa Mesa and Anaheim. She is a member of AIA Orange County’s Board of Directors. She earned her Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University – Paloma with a master thesis on Historic Preservation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from the University of Oklahoma.
