Meghana is a strong proponent of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Justice in the architecture profession. She works to increase minority representation in architecture through her roles with SoCal NOMA (Director of Outreach and Recruitment for Project Pipeline), AIA Orange County’s Board of Directors and ULI’s Urban Plan program. Meghana established AIA Orange County’s Women in Architecture Committee to help firms improve professional conditions for women in architecture. She founded the EDI+J Committee and “Project Amplify” to mentor minority architects and magnify their voices. At Little, she is an active member of the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Task Force.
