Charged with spearheading the company's environmental, social, and governance strategy, she endeavors to fortify Mohawk's overall performance by infusing sustainability principles into every facet of our business operations. Her aim is to cultivate long-term value and forge a more resilient and prosperous future for generations to come. Prior to assuming corporate sustainability leadership roles, Malisa commenced her career as an environmental engineer, fine-tuning sustainability practices within manufacturing realms. As her trajectory evolved, she championed initiatives to curtail carbon emissions, minimize waste, optimize product sustainability attributes, enhance employee safety, and champion sustainable sourcing practices. Her leadership has yielded tangible enhancements in environmental impacts while elevating stakeholder engagement and fortifying brand reputation.
