Mabell Garcia Paine is the founder and principal of Viridis Consulting, a Pasadena-based clean energy consultancy certified as a Minority Woman-Owned (MWBE) and Small Business (SBE). She brings over 25 years of experience advancing equitable clean energy solutions, with expertise spanning the full project lifecycle—from strategic planning to implementation. Mabell focuses on customer program design, decarbonization strategies, and stakeholder engagement, partnering with utilities, government agencies, airports and clean energy tech companies to deliver integrated, community-centered energy initiatives. She also serves as President of the Los Angeles chapter of Women in Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy (WRISE) and as a Commissioner for the City of Pasadena.
