Lourdes Salinas—LEED® Fellow™, LEED AP® BD+C, O+M, EDGE Expert & Auditor, BREEAM AP, Access4you Business AP, and WSLA Alumnae ’24—is an architect and sustainability consultant specializing in the evaluation and implementation of environmental strategies for buildings, communities, and master plans, as well as the development of sustainability standards, training programs, and guidelines. With more than 18 years of experience in sustainable development, she has led national and international projects across the United States, Australia, Southeast Asia, and Mexico. She is the Founder and Director of THREE Consultoría Medioambiental, a sustainability and environmental technology consulting firm with a portfolio of more than 360 completed sustainable projects across multiple countries and over 180 certified projects. In 2019, she received the LEED® Fellow™ designation, the highest distinction in the green building industry, recognizing her leadership and long-term contributions to sustainable development. She has also collaborated with the United Nations in New York on initiatives aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for entrepreneurs. Her recognitions include the Women in Sustainability Leadership Award (WSLA) 2024, among others. She currently serves on the LEED Steering Committee, the Chipinque Board of Trustees, and the San Pedro Parks Citizen Council.
