Ailisa “Lisa” Herrera, MBA, is a Senior Vice President of Affordable Housing at Raza Development Fund, a national community development financial institution, where she leads the Affordable Housing Team and expands the Fund's housing outreach and impact investment efforts. With over 30 years of experience in community development finance, Ms. Herrera has established herself as a trusted expert in affordable housing, structuring complex financial solutions that involve public/private partnerships, traditional debt, grant capital, and tax credit financing. Prior to joining Raza Development Fund, she served as Managing Director at 3 Diamond Development and held senior leadership positions at Fifth Third Bank, BMO Bank, and MB Financial Bank.  Ms. Herrera holds an MBA in International Marketing and Finance from DePaul University, and a BA in Spanish & Business Translation from Northern Illinois University.
