Rooted in a passion for sustainability, Jess delivers strategic solutions at Stok that consider social, environmental, and economic impacts in every project. She has experience working on sustainable building projects while in sustainability roles across industries including real estate development, natural products, and K-12 education. Jess approaches work with an open mind and attention to client interests, finding the best way to turn ideas into tangible sustainability projects. She has experience managing and tracking waste, water, and energy use in real estate portfolios, as well as creating waste diversion programs, developing sustainability communication plans, and leading carbon accounting projects. Jess also has experience in integrated design processes, which she helped implement when working on the first commercial NZE project in Boulder, CO: Boulder Commons.
