Farzaneh is a Building Performance and Energy Specialist with a Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering. Her research focused on lighting design, daylighting, and the advancement of lighting measurement methodologies through field studies and simulation-based analysis. Since transitioning from academia to industry, Farzaneh has supported a diverse portfolio of high-performance building projects, collaborating with design teams from early concept development through project delivery. Her expertise includes building energy modeling, daylighting analysis, LEED and energy code compliance, life-cycle cost analysis, and building decarbonization planning. Passionate about bridging research, technology, and real-world design, Farzaneh helps project teams create buildings that are efficient, resilient, and high performing. Outside of work, she enjoys practicing yoga and is currently learning to surf.
