Dre Hanna
Vice President, Festival Production, Goldenvoice
Dre Hanna is Vice President of Festival Production at Goldenvoice, the Los Angeles- based concert promoter behind some of the most iconic music festivals in the world—including Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, Stagecoach Country Music Festival, Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival, and San Francisco’s Portola Festival.
In her role, Dre leads an exceptional team that designs and delivers large-scale, complex festival experiences attended by hundreds of thousands of people annually. With that scale comes an immense responsibility—not only to create unforgettable events but to do so with a deep commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable innovation.
A passionate leader in the shift toward net-zero live events, Dre has spearheaded Goldenvoice’s decarbonization initiatives. She has introduced renewable diesel, solar farms, and hybrid power solutions, including battery-powered stages, across the company’s festival portfolio. Recognizing the importance of innovation at scale, she works closely with industry partners and technology providers to test low- and zero- emission energy solutions at smaller events before rolling them out to major festivals. Her efforts are helping to redefine what’s possible for sustainability in live entertainment.
Dre is equally committed to fostering a more inclusive and equitable industry. Named to Billboard’s 2024 Women in Music list, she actively champions the advancement of women and BIPOC professionals in festival production—ensuring the next generation of talent is as diverse as the audiences they serve.
