Diandra Marizet Esparza, is an organizational development strategist, environmental justice leader, published writer, poet and speaker whose work recognizes culture as an expression of our relationship to land, and advocates for the accessibility of diverse stories available to rising generations. Diandra is a co-founder of Intersectional Environmentalist, where she currently serves as the Executive Director, and is a contributing writer in the academically adopted book The Intersectional Environmentalist: How to Dismantle Systems of Oppression to Protect People + Planet. Diandra has been honored as a 2021 Renaissance Awards Awardee, Green Carpet Fashion Award Honoree and is currently based in Los Angeles, CA.
