Daniel Park

Daniel Park is a Senior Sustainable Design Specialist at HOK. Leveraging advanced building performance simulation and analysis, Daniel has guided more than 50 projects across North America and Asia in every phase of design to minimize carbon and water footprints while maximizing occupant comfort and wellness, especially regarding daylighting, glare, and thermal comfort. His expertise spans the commercial, healthcare, aviation, and higher education sectors, along with certification for LEED and Fitwel. Previously at KPF, Daniel also brings a distinguished research background from Cornell University. His work on residential daylighting evaluation with Dr. Timur Dogan earned recognition from the Cornell Presidential Research Program and the 2020 Leon Gaster Award from The Society of Light and Lighting.
