Her expertise spans sustainable energy systems, adaptive reuse, construction processes, and the rapidly evolving hyperscale data center sector, where she supports the integration of high-performance, low-carbon strategies into large-scale, mission-critical developments. She brings a deep understanding of how to embed sustainability into complex projects while navigating technical, operational, and client-driven challenges. As a licensed Professional Engineer and building science expert, Celia offers a pragmatic perspective on implementation and adoption barriers. At DPR, Celia champions a zero-waste culture through planning, tracking source and reduction, and education, while also advancing the company’s carbon reduction goals across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. A certified TRUE Advisor, she was named a 2023 San Diego Business Journal Woman of Influence and an ENR 2024 Top Young Professional. She currently serves on the USGBC California Board of Directors, further amplifying her influence in advancing high-performance, low-carbon building practices across the industry.
