Carla is a Project Manager I at Verdical Group, where she supports clients in achieving their sustainability goals and navigating various green building rating systems, including, but not limited to, LEED, Fitwel, and CHPS. With a background in environmental design, she is committed to driving positive environmental impact through sustainable building practices. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Environmental Design, concentrating in Urban Planning. Before joining Verdical Group, Carla gained valuable experience in Mexico City, where she worked in green building consulting. She collaborated with high-profile clients to help them meet their sustainability objectives, managing projects focused on LEED and SITES. Carla currently holds the LEED AP BD+C and Fitwel Ambassador credentials. She is passionate about green building as a powerful tool to improve both the well-being of building occupants and the surrounding communities.
