Under the leadership of CEO, Brendan O’Donnell, a veteran EV innovator and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in EV infrastructure, BodeEV is tackling some of the sector’s biggest pain points: slow or unresponsive EV charging builds and a growing number of broken and neglected EV chargers across the country. Brendan has been innovating and installing electrical systems for over 30 years. Prior to co-founding bodeEV, he led ChargePoint’s Public Sector Sales team for the last 5 years, where he grew the EV network from a few thousand stations to over ½ million independently owned EV chargers throughout the US and Canada. Formerly a system architect and engineer in both the automotive and communications systems industry, he has brought two dozen products to market and holds a dozen patents, working for companies such as Rockwell, Connexant/ Mindspeed, Panasonic, AeroVironment and Fisker Automotive. As a member of IEEE and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) committees, he has spoken on EV charging and integrated systems to international audiences and is an expert on worldwide EV charging system deployment. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from USC, and an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
