Annette Gear is a seasoned environmental management professional with over 25 years of experience in sustainability, policy and governance, and regulatory compliance. As Environment & Sustainability Director at Graham Construction, she leads strategic initiatives that embed sustainable practices into construction projects across North America.
Annette holds a master’s degree in Environment & Management from Royal Roads University, a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Cape Breton University, and is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP). Her expertise includes leading and auditing ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, ensuring that Graham’s projects and joint ventures meet rigorous environmental standards and regulatory frameworks.
