Dan Burgoyne

Dan Burgoyne is the Sustainability Manager for California’s Department of General Services (DGS). He is a California-licensed architect and LEED Fellow, with over 30 years of experience in the design and construction industry, including 16 years developing and leading implementation of California green building policy, including Governor Jerry Brown’s Executive Order B-18-12 and Zero Net Energy policy for state facilities.
Dan served as an advisor to CalGREEN, GSA, and California’s High Speed Rail Authority.  Dan served on the USGBC Board, Advisory Council, Government and LEED MR TAG committees.  Dan is also an instructor for the UC Davis Extension.
